1. About this registry

BritainsAi is an independent, open registry of UK artificial intelligence ventures, sovereign compute providers and policy standards. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any UK government department, including DSIT.

2. Use of the service

You may browse, search and share directory listings for lawful, non-commercial research and procurement purposes. You must not scrape, resell or republish the registry in bulk without written permission.

3. Listings and verification

“Verified Sovereign” and similar labels reflect self-declared information reviewed by our editors. They are not legal certifications, security assurances or audits. We may amend, suspend or remove any listing that no longer meets our published criteria.

4. Submissions

By submitting a venture you confirm you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate. Submissions enter an editorial queue and are published only after review. We may edit submissions for clarity, accuracy and house style.

5. No advice

Listings are provided for information only and do not constitute investment, legal, technical or procurement advice. Always carry out your own due diligence.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BritainsAi accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on registry content or from links to third-party websites.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
